Came all the way from Looe to try the chettinad crab curry and it didn’t disappoint. In fact, every dish we ordered was so delicious - I don’t think we’ve ever had such a delicious meal despite having frequented lots of south Asian restaurants living in London. The Nilgiri lamb was also exquisite, and being Indian ourselves we could see that each dish had been carefully prepared from scratch and the taste was authentic!
Dosa was super crispy.
For starters we had the prawn, devilled lamb and chukka dry chicken - which were all super tasty
Hats off to the chef as the food is worth travelling even from London for!
They also allowed us to have our quiet dog in as it wasn’t busy.
I read the reviews and noted the customer service comments - we didn’t experience that during our meal as everyone was lovely but honestly, this place is still worth trying for the food!- Service

What a surprise to find this gem so close to my home. Fabulous authentic South Indian and Sri Lankan food served from a takeaway location. So far I have only tried the Masala Dosa but it was incredible. Run by a charming lady known as ‘Tinny’ this is a place I will use a lot.

My wife and I went specifically for masala dosas and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dosa was great, and so was the sambar and the chutneys. The decor is slightly tired and basic but the restaurant offers great value for money. We will definitely return for more and recommend eating at this place.

I really enjoyed my time at Cinnamon Garden. Lovely atmosphere and great service. Food high quality, aesthetically pleasing and great for a family night out. Owners and staff were amazing throughout the night. Definitely order the Thali - veg or non veg and the paneer manuchrian was a hit 😍

I ordered chicken manchurian and szechwan egg fried rice through deliveroo. The food was really spicy like you would find on the streets of India and Sri Lanka. Will order more of such food items from this restaurant. Delivery was quick too.Highly recommend for authentic Indo Chinese.

Second time of being here and once again not disappointed. Food absolutely beautiful highly recommend masala dosa omg it’s lovely . Deshah was front of house again very polite young man. Please trust me it’s well worth it

Having previously been to Sri Lanka and South India, I really enjoyed picking familiar dishes we had really enjoyed. The food did not disappoint. It was so authentic and delicious. We had a couple of different dosas that came with the delicious sauces, we also had a couple of different paneer dishes and a lamb kothu roti- the gravy to go on this was fantastic. We ordered too much for 3 people so will have some yummy leftovers. We would highly recommend for authentic cuisine and we’ll definitely bring getting a takeaway from them again.- Service

Easily the best indian/Sri Lankan meal i have had You could taste the difference between the carefully prepared dishes and the fresh Dosa were a delight 😋

Dosa is all time love for me and the mysore dosa is the best thing to order on the menu with falooda. Waiting time can be varied depending on the rush but overall the best experience always.

I was gutted when the restaurant shut down, but am pleased to be able to get the food in a takeaway. The onion bhaji flakes and chicken biriyani are delicious. This is an Indian takeaway that takes taste seriously and offers up some different choices on the menu.
